Diarmuid founded TowerView in 2016 following over 20 years in investment banking and healthcare management.

He worked in senior positions with Mater Private Group for almost 10 years, one of Ireland’s leading private healthcare groups and played a key role in the Groups expansion across Ireland and in the UK market. Diarmuid also spent 8 years as a Director of Corporate Finance at NCB Stockbrokers in Dublin, advising public and private companies on M&A, business development and equity and debt fundraisings. ​

Diarmuid has particular expertise in healthcare strategy, corporate finance, and investment management, and had led transactions in all areas of the health and social care market, both as an adviser and investor. He also acts as special adviser to a number of non-healthcare companies.

Diarmuid acts as Chair of a TowerView portfolio company in the Irish specialist care sector and is also Chair of Dublin Simon Community, one of Ireland’s leading homeless charities.

Daire Gilmore is a private equity and investment banker with 25 years of multi-region, international experience.

Daire spent 9 years in JPMorgan Investment Bank based in New York and London providing corporate advisory services including M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity fund raising. Daire then spent 10 years as Managing Director in private equity firms in London and UAE, advising on the deployment of development capital into corporates and projects, supporting management teams to deliver on growth, value maximisation and exit strategies.

Daire operates across industry sectors and is experienced in managing and structuring international and cross-border transactions, accustomed to operating in multiple cultural environments. ​

Daire has a track record of creating value via opportunity identification, transactional skills and established international networks.

Philip has 10 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment management.

Since joining TowerView in 2018, he has focused on transactions in the healthcare and energy/environmental sectors. Philip is a member of the Board of Directors of a TowerView portfolio company, in the specialist care sector. 

Prior to joining TowerView, Philip was an Associate at Moelis & Company in London, working on a range of M&A and capital fund raising transactions.

​Philip holds a 1st Class Honours Masters in Finance from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a 1st Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.

Ryan joined TowerView in 2024 with 10 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment management. Prior to joining TowerView, Ryan was an Investment Manager at Causeway Capital, a Dublin based private equity fund investing in Irish & UK SMEs.

Ryan is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) having qualified as a trainee in EY (Dublin) Transaction Advisory Services.

Andrew has 6 years’ experience across the capital markets and investment management industry.

Prior to joining Towerview, Andrew was an Associate at Ara Parnters, a private equity firm focusing on industrial decarbonisation in the mid-market space.

Previously worked in Allied Irish Bank in the Environmental and Climate Action lending team with an emphasis on renewable energy financing.

Previously based in Singapore, New York and London working in public equities and fixed income markets while with First Derivatives, a fintech consultancy firm.

Achieved his CFA Charter in November 2021.

Charlie joined TowerView in 2021 after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a First Class Honours MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Since joining, he has worked on a range of transactions across the healthcare, environmental, and energy sectors.

Jennifer joined TowerView in 2023 after graduating from University College Dublin with a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Finance.

Since joining, she has worked on a range of transactions within the healthcare, environmental, and energy sectors.
